Every recruitment consultant dreads hearing these words:

“Just send me CVs.”

It’s a request we encounter, where companies, pressed for time, ask us to match candidates based solely on a job title, a salary bracket, and a brief description.

This week, it happened again:

“I’m too busy, just send me CVs.”

If I were a hiring manager, I’d be concerned if a recruitment consultant didn’t dig deep with probing questions. It’s about ensuring the right fit, not just filling a position.
