Great client call

As the Managing Director of Demob Job it is always a good day when one of our clients goes out of their way to personally give me a call to tell me how pleased they are with the service they have received.  This is especially true when the client is one of your original customers, a business relationship forged some ten years ago.

That call came in early this afternoon.

I personally managed this account back in 2005 when I was running my business from bedroom number three with a laptop and a mobile telephone.  This particular client runs a very large logistics operation delivering services to the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

What is even more satisfying is that this is quite a complex account requiring a great deal of management.  The majority of candidates placed are ex-military and have to go through an in-depth application process and assessment, initially carried out by Kim, Recruitment Consultant, Demob Job.

In summary our client’s feedback was that we were the best performing recruitment agency on their preferred supplier list (PSL).
