Exceptional ex-Military Talent


It does not happen all the time but when it does it is great!

This placement was different.

So what made it different?  Well it was all down to the candidate that my colleague Joanne had found and introduced to our client in Cambridgeshire.  Joanne knew from the onset that this candidate was good, possibly exceptional.  An ex-military Royal Air Force engineer with the skills, qualifications, experience and aptitude that matched her client’s specific requirements.

Initial interview arranged and attended led to strong positive feedback from both the candidate and the client.  Second interview arranged and attended.

There was just one problem.  The client thought the vacancy in question would not challenge and meet up to the expectations of the candidate.

As testament to the calibre of this particular candidate the client did not want to risk loosing such a strong engineer.  This led to our client establishing a new position within their company to best utilise our candidate.

It is not every day a new position is made within a company to secure and retain some great ex-military talent but when it happens it is excellent! Well done Joanne!
