A Christmas Message from Demob Job: Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, the Demob Job team wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year and say thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey.

Throughout 2025, we’ve had the privilege of supporting ex-military personnel as they transitioned from the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force into civilian employment. For many service leavers, this step represents a significant change, professionally and personally, and we’re proud to play a role in helping veterans prepare for life after the Armed Forces.

At the same time, we’ve continued working closely with UK employers who recognise the value that ex-military talent brings to their organisations. From engineering and technical roles through to management, logistics, and support positions, companies across the UK have trusted Demob Job to help them access a highly skilled and motivated talent pool.

This short Christmas video message is our way of saying thank you, to the veterans and service leavers who placed their trust in us, and to the employers who opened their doors and supported military personnel into new careers.
