Operations Manager

I’m recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead a high-value PFI contract across three court sites in Bristol and North Somerset.

You’ll take full responsibility for service delivery, compliance, and performance, managing a team of up to 20 across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-site PFI contract
  • Lead teams and develop Site Managers
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and compliance are met
  • Oversee budgets and supplier performance
  • Drive health & safety and service improvements

What You Need

  • 2–3+ years PFI contract management experience (essential)
  • Experience managing multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder skills
  • FM or technical qualification (IWFM / NEBOSH preferred)
