I’m recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead a high-value PFI contract across three court sites in Bristol and North Somerset.
You’ll take full responsibility for service delivery, compliance, and performance, managing a team of up to 20 across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-site PFI contract
- Lead teams and develop Site Managers
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and compliance are met
- Oversee budgets and supplier performance
- Drive health & safety and service improvements
What You Need
- 2–3+ years PFI contract management experience (essential)
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder skills
- FM or technical qualification (IWFM / NEBOSH preferred)
