Joanne Foster and the Demob Job team were instrumental in supporting myself and my application in finding a new and fulfilling role, in an industry where my skillset fits and has the opportunity to develop further. Joanne fully supported me from the initial telephone conversation and numerous interviews to my first week in role assuring that the role was a fit for me as well as the company.  Many recruiters disappear once the Job offer has been made, not Demob Job.  The team continues to offer advice and support to ex-service individuals via their website and social media for no-return, this is a company with honest intentions to support ex-forces.  I cannot recommend Demob Job highly enough.  Rob is now employed as a Systems Auditor in Wiltshire.
