Sean (ex Royal Navy – Aircraft Engineering Technician)
I recently left the Royal Navy after 5 years’ service and I was struggling to find a job that suited my skillset. Joanne contacted me about a vacancy that she thought would match up with my previous military role. She was with me every step of the way always willing to advise me and she was a great liaison between the company and myself. With Joanne's help, I secured a job in an industry that will only expand in the future. I’d like to thank Joanne and the Demob Job team for helping me on my journey to a new career. Now a Field Service Engineer covering the North East
Craig (ex Royal Navy Logistics Specialist)
I left the Royal Navy in July 20 having served just under 7 years as a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist. DEMOB JOB approached me on the 24th July to discuss a vacancy they had available. After a few telephone conversations with DEMOB JOB regarding the position and a little bit of information about the company I was successful in being put forward for an interview with the company the following week. The next day I was again contacted by DEMOB JOB to inform me I had been successful in the interview and the company was offering me the position available. I accepted the offer and was given a start date. I would have no hesitation in recommending DEMOB JOB to any ex military personnel or current serving members who are in the process of leaving HM Armed Forces and seeking employment in civvie street. Craig is now employed as a Defence Operations Coordinator in Tyne & Wear.
Joanne Foster’s support has directly helped me secure a new job as a Mechanical Project Engineer

Jon (ex British Army Commissioned Officer)
After receiving an out of the blue email from a friend saying "this job has your name on it” I contacted Emma at Demob Job. After a few questions Emma sorted out all the paperwork, CVs, Job descriptions, introductions etc within hours; all this work led to an interview in a matter of days followed a week or so later by a second interview all culminating in me receiving a job offer. During the whole process, Emma kept in contact, giving me interview tips and helpful pointers on how best to prepare for the interviews. I was certainly made to feel valued and not just a number as with other recruitment agencies; at all stages, I received a focused and professional service. Emma was proactive in her approach calling me before and after the interview to check all was ok and obtain my feedback on how it had gone. She chased down the prospective employer to get their feedback which she duly relayed to myself. In short, the whole process, which can be nerve racking to say the least, was relatively painless and hassle-free and totally professional, even down to the responses to my stupid questions. Would I recommend Demob Job, in a heartbeat! Jon is now Head of Defence Operations within a very successful commercial company located in the North East.
