“I have done what I believe most service leavers do and saved my leave to have a few months off at the end of their career. I’d been at home making the most of the summer with my wife and kids but with the end of the summer holidays in sight I started to upload my cv to various websites. I left the RAF and began the laborious and slightly soul destroying task of searching for a job appropriate to my skill set. I was in contact with an old colleague who linked me to the advertisement posted on Demob Job by Joanne. After recently completing my diploma in plumbing and heating, I had spent many months trying to find the right job opportunity.
