Jack and I connected on linked in a little over a month ago and ever since he has been a brilliant asset to finding my next career. He found numerous job roles that fitted my criteria, coached me through the roles and interview techniques, and ultimately assisted in me getting my new position.  Jack kept me well updated through the whole process and I really felt he had my best interests.  I could not recommend Jack enough to anyone who is leaving the forces and looking to transition into civilian life.  Mitchel is now employed as a Field Service Engineer in Somerset.

I left the RAF and began the laborious and slightly soul destroying task of searching for a job appropriate to my skill set. I was in contact with an old colleague who linked me to the advertisement posted on Demob Job by Joanne.
