After a rough pandemic, I was lacking in confidence in my skills and struggled to see where I would fit into a civilian role in my chosen field. Demob Job and especially Joanne Foster were exceptional in finding me a new role. Persistently I had been turned down for a role at the final stage as I was apparently too good, only to be refused a position above this (same company different site) as I did not have experience.  Joanne consulted with the employer and explained my case which thankfully led to interviews and, I am glad to say, an offer of employment which I have accepted.
