After 6 years in the Royal Navy I wanted more stability for my home life.  Joanne has been a key part of securing my next career and has been very proactive during every stage of job searching. She found my profile online and very quickly lined up several interviews that ticked my boxes.  Even though I was searching for work 200 miles away from where I was based, Joanne managed to set up interviews that fitted in with my schedule.  I cannot thank her and Demob Job enough for their professionalism and constant communication during my career change. 10/10!  Now an Installation and Maintenance Technician in Leicestershire
