Leaving the Royal Navy After 22 Years: How Demob Job Helped Me Find the Right Civilian Role
"Initially seeing a job advertised on Demob Job, I applied using the easy tool. Attach CV, write a short cover letter, and send. My hiring person, Kelly Chandler, was in contact with me as soon as I thought possible. Explaining everything that is and is yet to come during application, interviews and just general questions. Very easy to get know and talk to, genuine person, very approachable and understanding. After the first interview, I was kept in touch with for any details in a very timely manner, just enough to know exactly where my application was at, at whatever stage.
