Jack and I connected on linked in a little over a month ago and ever since he has been a brilliant asset to finding my next career. He found numerous job roles that fitted my criteria, coached me through the roles and interview techniques, and ultimately assisted in me getting my new position.  Jack kept me well updated through the whole process and I really felt he had my best interests.  I could not recommend Jack enough to anyone who is leaving the forces and looking to transition into civilian life.  Mitchel is now employed as a Field Service Engineer in Somerset.

Having gone through a long and difficult process Joanne was with me every step of the way and was excellent in guiding me through the many obstacles. Joanne showed excellent knowledge in the field I was seeking employment in and was crucial in my preparation for the interviews for the role. Joanne was very attentive and always on the other end of the phone to help when I had questions.  Could not recommend demob job and Joanne enough and if I ever look to seek different employment in the future, they will be my first contact.  Thomas is now a Field Service Engineer in Bristol.

Joanne was there for me during the most difficult and concerning time of my career, the period in which I was leaving the military after 10 years not having any civilian contacts or experience. Emma contacted me after I applied for a Field Service Engineer position. Within days Emma came back to me, spoke to me about the vacancy and then helped me tweak my CV specifically for the role.  Emma helped me with every step of the process happy to use several methods of contact as I was difficult to reach due to my work commitments.  She was patient and understanding.  Thanks to Emma, within 5 weeks I had started a new job.
