Jack and I connected on linked in a little over a month ago and ever since he has been a brilliant asset to finding my next career. He found numerous job roles that fitted my criteria, coached me through the roles and interview techniques, and ultimately assisted in me getting my new position.  Jack kept me well updated through the whole process and I really felt he had my best interests.  I could not recommend Jack enough to anyone who is leaving the forces and looking to transition into civilian life.  Mitchel is now employed as a Field Service Engineer in Somerset.

Demob Job and especially Joanne Foster were exceptional in finding me a new role. Persistently I had been turned down for a role at the final stage as I was apparently too good, only to be refused a position above this (same company different site) as I did not have experience.  Joanne consulted with the employer and explained my case which thankfully led to interviews and, I am glad to say, an offer of employment which I have accepted.
