Joanne Foster and the Demob Job team were instrumental in supporting myself and my application in finding a new and fulfilling role, in an industry where my skillset fits and has the opportunity to develop further. Joanne fully supported me from the initial telephone conversation and numerous interviews to my first week in role assuring that the role was a fit for me as well as the company.  Many recruiters disappear once the Job offer has been made, not Demob Job.  The team continues to offer advice and support to ex-service individuals via their website and social media for no-return, this is a company with honest intentions to support ex-forces.  I cannot recommend Demob Job highly enough.  Rob is now employed as a Systems Auditor in Wiltshire.

I left the RAF and began the laborious and slightly soul destroying task of searching for a job appropriate to my skill set. I was in contact with an old colleague who linked me to the advertisement posted on Demob Job by Joanne. I carefully read the criteria requested and contacted Joanne who promptly arranged a chat with me via telephone the next day.  Joanne advised me of what the job entailed and after a brief informal Q&A, proposed to put me forward for the role of Field Service Engineer at a Marine company. I was thrilled to hear back that the company were interested in speaking to me via web interview initially and I was coached on some salient points to assist me with techniques and common questions. That interview was completed and Joanne kept in touch between myself and the company for feedback. I was then contacted back by Kim as Joanne had a holiday but I was made aware of this well in advance and Kim became my contact. I left the Royal Navy in July 20 having served just under 7 years as a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist. DEMOB JOB approached me on the 24th July to discuss a vacancy they had available. After a few telephone conversations with DEMOB JOB regarding the position and a little bit of information about the company I was successful in being put forward for an interview with the company the following week.
