Our future looks bright as we continue to prosper through planned growth.

From Royal Navy to CHP Field Engineer: How Demob Job Helped Me Find the Right Fit
“After leaving the Navy I went home to Cornwall to seek employment which ended up being sparse in the engineering world. After a calculated move to Lancashire I was messaged by Joanne to discuss one of my applications for an engineering technician role with an energy company. Joanne kept contact with me throughout the whole four weeks to obtain my details and provide valuable information, motivation and assurance. I am happy to say that after a phone call interview and a formal on-site interview I was offered the position. Joanne has worked tirelessly providing me with the job details, company websites and ensuring I was comfortable with each step of the process.” Chris served in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer and is now a CHP Field Engineer in the North West.
Amanda (ex RAF Intelligence Analyst)
Huge thank you to Adrian at Demob Job for his help and support successfully finding a role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Within a week of speaking to Adrian, I had had a successful interview for a job that excited me and started work 2 weeks after that. Adrian kept in touch throughout the whole process and unlike some other agencies, seemed to really care about finding me the right role. Now an Instructor in Wiltshire
Andrew (ex Royal Logistic Corps Driver Communications Specialist)

I have now accepted a new job as a Tank Transporter Driver, and I am looking forward to starting in six weeks”. Andrew is now a Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) Tank Transporter Driver.

“I cannot thank Demob and Joanne Foster enough for their efforts to successfully support me in gaining new employment. From their actions to communicate my application with the client, assisting with the preparation for interviews and information about the employer and then advising when it come to being released from my previous position, you’ve been fantastic. I’ve happily started with my new company, the team come across as positive in what they want to achieve and it looks a very good fit for moving forward in the future. From REME Aircraft Engineer to Engineer Surveyor: Expert Support Every Step of the Way
"Kelly reached out to me about a role she was working on helping me through the application process. She talked me through the kind of technical questions I could expect in the interview, which made a big difference going in prepared. She also chased things up with the company keeping me posted on where things stood, so I always knew what was happening rather than being left guessing. From first contact to actually starting the job was about 6 weeks, which felt like a genuinely quick and straightforward process. Would highly recommend." Zav previously served in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) as an Aircraft Engineer, now employed as an Engineer Surveyor.
Daniel (ex-Royal Navy Marine Engineer)
After being tagged in the job advertisement by a colleague, Emma was very quick to get in touch with me and have a thorough conversation about my background, skills and whether or not I was an appropriate candidate for the job. Emma kept me up to date throughout the process with friendly and informative conversations including preparations for the interview and eventually explaining that my application was successful. In a time that could become very stressful as my TX date was looming, Emma and the whole Demob Job team remained very calm and helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough, thanks for all the help.
