Whilst scrolling through the latest job vacancies on LinkedIn, I found a Field Service Engineer position that caught my eye. I wasn’t too sure if Demob Job could help me, as I left the Armed Forces nine years ago. I initially called up Demob Job ex-military recruitment agency to request further details and I spoke to Joanne Foster. Joanne was fantastic at explaining the vacancy further and the recruitment process. The whole process from start to finish was great, with Joanne supporting me at every stage. Joanne Foster and the Demob Job team were instrumental in supporting myself and my application in finding a new and fulfilling role, in an industry where my skillset fits and has the opportunity to develop further.
