I registered with Demob Job in January 2018 and literally within a few hours, Joanne contacted me regarding an exciting opportunity.  Joanne spoke with me about the role and took some information regarding my current position and asked what my skill sets and qualifications were. Within a few days of being introduced, I had an interview arranged which resulted in me being offered the position.  I am very grateful for the work Joanne put in for me to get this position. I applied for a position that I found on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website which sounded like it would suit me. A short time later I was contacted by Joanne from Demob Job with some more details about the role. I said that I was interested in the position and that I would like to be put forward for it. Having read through my CV, Joanne suggested a few tweaks to better suit the position which I decided would be a good idea. After only a few days I had an interview lined up and was offered the position starting a month later. Before my first day I was contacted weekly by Joanne to ensure everything was going well and if I needed any advice with my transition from military to civilian life. I left the Royal Navy in July 20 having served just under 7 years as a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist. DEMOB JOB approached me on the 24th July to discuss a vacancy they had available.
