Jack and I connected on linked in a little over a month ago and ever since he has been a brilliant asset to finding my next career. He found numerous job roles that fitted my criteria, coached me through the roles and interview techniques, and ultimately assisted in me getting my new position.  Jack kept me well updated through the whole process and I really felt he had my best interests.  I could not recommend Jack enough to anyone who is leaving the forces and looking to transition into civilian life.  Mitchel is now employed as a Field Service Engineer in Somerset.

I was contacted by Emma at Demob Job a couple of months prior to leaving the military. Within 24 hours from first talking, Emma had already arranged two interviews with potential employers within walking distance of my house. One of these interviews proved successful and I was subsequently offered the job in which I am now very happy. I applied for a position that I found on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website which sounded like it would suit me. A short time later I was contacted by Joanne from Demob Job with some more details about the role. I said that I was interested in the position and that I would like to be put forward for it. Having read through my CV, Joanne suggested a few tweaks to better suit the position which I decided would be a good idea. After only a few days I had an interview lined up and was offered the position starting a month later. Before my first day I was contacted weekly by Joanne to ensure everything was going well and if I needed any advice with my transition from military to civilian life.
