I recently got in touch with Emma at Demob Job regarding a role I was interested in, consequently, Emma then got in touch, and we discussed the role in more detail. My CV was then sent over to the company and I was invited for an interview.  All the way through their process I was updated every step of the way by Emma and was then offered the job. Excellent recruitment company, love to focus on ex military and as we all know, leaving the Armed Forces is a big step, always stay in contact with you and keep you updated with your process. This was the very first job I applied for, and I was successful, and in the field I wanted, my consultant was Emma Saxton. 10 out of 10 for the effort she put in, no complaints. I left the RAF and began the laborious and slightly soul destroying task of searching for a job appropriate to my skill set. I was in contact with an old colleague who linked me to the advertisement posted on Demob Job by Joanne. I was delighted to hear that I was invited to the company HQ on Friday for a face to face interview after being shortlisted. I was delighted to be contacted by Kim to give me the good news that I had been offered the job.
