Demob Job and especially Joanne Foster were exceptional in finding me a new role. Persistently I had been turned down for a role at the final stage as I was apparently too good, only to be refused a position above this (same company different site) as I did not have experience.  Joanne consulted with the employer and explained my case which thankfully led to interviews and, I am glad to say, an offer of employment which I have accepted. I can honestly say if it were not for the hard work and dedication of Joanne and the Demob Job team, I would not have secured this new job.  I would highly recommend them to all service leavers!  Dean is now employed as an Engineering Shift Leader in Castle Donnington, Derbyshire.

I applied for a position that I found on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) website which sounded like it would suit me. A short time later I was contacted by Joanne from Demob Job with some more details about the role. I said that I was interested in the position and that I would like to be put forward for it.
