I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a leading fluid power specialist providing a range of products and services to their customers nationwide. They have a vacancy for Hydraulic Engineer to join their team at their site based in Taunton. The successful Hydraulic Engineer will spend 50% of their time in the workshop and the other 50% travelling to customer sites within the UK and occasionally overseas. You will carry out mechanical tasks including planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on hydraulic systems and installation work. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work away from home.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who take real pride in their engineers training and development, aspiring for all their engineers to progress to senior engineers through undertaking further training and development which the company offer as well as a salary increase. A salary review is done every December where there is potential for an increase through meeting strategic milestones.
