Demob Job was approached to explore and discuss potential ex-military profiles who would be suitable for a new Engineering Manager position located in London.
Initial discussions centred around the ability of the person to take charge of engineering projects
to successfully deliver solutions within a very structured and process-driven environment. The
ideal candidate would possess a strong management background along with knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.

Antony served 22 years in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer attaining the rank of Petty Officer.
He had previously been responsible for managing large engineering teams both on naval ships and within Ministry of Defence (MoD) buildings.
His knowledge on Heating & Ventilation (HVAC), water systems along with electrical and mechanical engineering services were an ideal match.
