Maintenance Technician

My client, based in Knowsley, Merseyside, is now recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join their team at their manufacturing site. The successful Maintenance Technician will work as part of a small friendly team and will provide planned and reactive support for the production machinery on site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a financially stable company who are expanding, offering additional training and qualifications, working rotational shifts Monday to Friday and paying additional payments when working the late shift.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold an Electrical Engineering qualification to the minimum of Level 3.
• Proven electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• 18th Edition is advantageous.
• Must have strong mechanical skills.
• Pneumatics experience is essential.
• CNC experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering diagrams.
• Experience of working within a maintenance environment.

Maintenance Technician Benefits:

• Salary £37,672
• 15% shift allowance paid when working late shift.
• Monday to Friday, rotational day shift pattern, 6am – 14:00 then 14:00 – 22:00.
