Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for a Contract Manager to manage the Royal Signals Apprenticeship contract at Blandford Forum, Dorset. Some travel will be required; however this is occasional.
The successful Contract Manager will manage a team of coaches alongside managing the performance of the Royal Signals contract, maximising learner engagement and achievement. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
Contract Manager – Royal Signals Responsibilities:
- Maintaining qualified and competent staffing.
- Ensuring compliance with audit and other regulatory requirements.
- Managing any performance issues effectively to a satisfactory resolution.
- Analysing and actioning feedback to achieve consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying current and future customer needs and working collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to create fit-for-purpose and relevant delivery.
- Reporting accurate and timely performance data to the Management Team.
- Driving accountability for learner achievement through the delivery team structure.
- Championing delivery team ownership of learner/employer engagement, progress and data accuracy.
- Representing the company at Army meetings.
Contract Manager – Royal Signals Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience ideally with a recognised management qualification.
- Technical background – networking/digital/communications.
- Experience within a training/instructional role would be advantageous.
- The ability to work effectively as a leader and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT Literate.
- Hold a valid driving licence, with access to own vehicle.
Contract Manager – Royal Signals Benefits:
- Annual salary is £40,915.
- Monday to Friday – 37½ hours.
