Now in her 18th year at Demob Job, Joanne has built an exceptional track record of success, placing hundreds of engineers who have served in the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force into rewarding roles with companies across the UK.

Coming from a family with strong military roots, including her Grandparents, siblings, Husband, and Son, Joanne has a genuine understanding of military life and a deep appreciation of the transferable skills that service leavers bring to the commercial world.

With a wealth of expertise in recognising how those skills translate into civilian positions, Joanne has helped countless ex-military candidates successfully transition into new careers, while supporting businesses in finding outstanding, motivated employees who add real value to their teams.

Although she still feels young at heart, Joanne has recently become a proud Nana to her Grandson, Luka. Outside of work, she juggles her time between entertaining Luka and keeping up with her two lively Labradors, Frank and Nancy.
