Dawn Urwin

Dawn joined Demob Job having previously trained as a junior account executive within a recruitment agency and worked as a business-to-business retentions and loyalty agent serving large companies.

Her main passion is customer service as she worked in the retail sector for ten years and gained excellent customer service skills. Starting as an assistant Dawn worked her way up to management level and supported a large team of up to 80 colleagues.

Dawn prides herself on building valuable relationships with her customers and she is here to help and support those who need it, keeping their best interest at heart.

Outside of work Dawn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for walks with her Partner and her dog Ted and candle making with her daughter.

Dawn is keen to connect and speak with people leaving their military engineering and technical careers to offer advice and direct support in securing future employment.
