Are you an ex-military Engineer with experience of managing building service sites, working within project management or operations Management? I am currently recruiting a Project Manager for my client based in Stratford, London, to oversee all aspects of building services projects from estimating through to completion, ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors adhere to timelines, standards, procedures and regulations and budgets.
The successful Project Manager will split their time between working from home, head office and on site whilst managing multiple projects ensuring high standards are always adhered too.
Project Manager Requirements:
- The successful candidate must hold a HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering as a minimum.
- Project management qualifications would be advantageous.
- Health & Safety qualifications would be beneficial.
- Proven previous Project Manager experience, including dealing with budgets, quotations, profitability or Operations Management.
- Familiarity with multi-skilled trades.
- Ability to manage own diary efficiently and work to high standards.
- Team player with excellent customer services skills and flexible approach.
- Ability to balance a varied workload and have good attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and ability to build and develop strong relationships.
- Be able to work weekends or evenings to meet business needs.
- IT literate.
- Hold a full driving license.
Project Manager Benefits:
- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
