Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

My client has an immediate requirement for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their site in Stradbroke, Suffolk. The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will work as part of a small engineering team responsible for the planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across the plant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established business, working Monday to Friday with plenty of opportunity to earn a higher salary through overtime and callouts.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program with electrical and mechanical skills and hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification.
• Hold an electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
• Have strong electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Hold strong mechanical skills.
• Previous experience working with PLC’s.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
• Must be available to participate regularly in the callout rota.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

• Annual salary is £45,000 – £50,000 DOE.
• Working Monday to Friday with hours to be agreed – role can be offered on a 10am – 6pm or 2pm to 10.15pm system.
