  • Plan and oversee both preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate.
  • Manage project work, tendering, and maintenance budgets effectively.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance across all facilities, maintaining adherence to building codes and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain a high standard of presentation and functionality throughout the estate.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to deliver a consistent and professional maintenance service.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Applicant Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a facilities, maintenance, or engineering leadership role from either commercial or military environments.

  • Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or IWFM.
  • Experience in project or budget management.
  • Prior military experience as an RQMS, SQMS, or within the Royal Engineers, REME, or similar logistics/infrastructure unit.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £48,000.
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Healthcare Cash Plan and Life Assurance.
  • Complimentary daily lunch, snacks, and refreshments.
  • Free access to on-site health & leisure facilities.
  • Free on-site childcare provided during working hours.
