Demob Job - November 2025 Newsletter

A message from our Adrian
Welcome to our November newsletter. As we approach the end of the year, I’m reminded how privileged we are to support both our client companies and the many talented people transitioning from military life into civilian careers. This month, we celebrated a special milestone within our team, supported several new placements across the UK, and released a short video from Joanne on the increasingly important topic of salary competitiveness. We’re also looking ahead to 2026, where around 15,000 people are expected to leave the Armed Forces and embark on their next chapter, something we’re already preparing for. Thank you for staying connected with us.

Featured Vacancy of the Month

Marine Engineering Manager

Tip of the month:

For Employers:
Speed matters. Aim to provide candidate feedback within 24 hours, it dramatically improves the hiring experience and prevents losing great engineers to faster competitors.

For Jobseekers:
Focus on achievements. Instead of listing tasks on your CV, highlight the outcomes, what you improved, fixed, delivered, or streamlined during your military career.
