The Armed Forces would not function effectively without uniformed Administration support whether this is in the provision of Personnel Administration, Management Information or Financial Management.
Each military unit will therefore have a small team of qualified Administrators to support the operational day-to-day running of that unit, this is both during peacetime and operational requirements.

Administrators gain commercially recognised qualifications during their military career, these include:
- NVQ, Degree Business Administration / Human Resources
- Foundation Degree
- Accountancy qualifications such as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

- Certificate in Education Qualification
- Advanced Diploma Administrative Management
- Certificate Personnel Practice - CIPD

Managing a variety of processes concerned with welfare and compassionate leave as well as providing management and career advice to all personnel.
Sales Office Manager, York Ex Army HR Manager with transferable skills including; Developing and mentoring a team of HR personnel, ensuring they have the training and instruction to allow them to progress through their career. Monitoring of all personnel wages, leave, allowances and movements as well as carrying out all mandatory management analysis.
Business Development Manager, Chichester – Ex REME Instrumentation Engineer with transferrable skills including; Repair and maintenance of electro-optical equipment, managed departments and workshops as well as engineers / technicians with multiple trade disciplines and skills.
Technical Sales Engineer, Rotherham – Ex Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm Engineer with transferrable skills including; Hands on mechanical engineering experience with rotating equipment, gas turbines, hydraulics, powered flying controls, transmissions, landing gear and airframes. Candidate is also self-motivated individual who is capable of developing own efficient approach to the sales aspect of the role.

The interviews went very well. All on time. All the guys interviewed really well and they met our brief with regard to “job fit” so that was spot on – thank you. We have the difficult task of selecting one as all are suitable. To be honest I’ve thought about firing myself to make room. We plan to meet internally soon and make our decision promptly.
