Our 12 Point Plan
Thank you viewing our '12 Point Plan'. The example below is my own which was used to successfully fill a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer vacancy in December last year. I would like to expand on the highlighted red areas:
- My 'pro-active' search on our own internal database of candidates returned 118 people. This might not seem like a large number especially as we have over 100,000 registered job seekers but it is set against some very strict criteria; postcode, qualifications, availability and salary expectations.
- My initial search & selection process provided 29 suitable candidates to contact.
- After speaking with all 29 candidates I introduced the 3 strongest to my client resulting in all 3 being called forward to an on-site interview.
- Vacancy filled, happy days.
