Commercial placements, adding value to your business ...
A few clients we initially engage with believe that ex-Forces job seekers would not be a good fit in their business. Concerns lie in a number of areas such as lack of commercial engineering experience or a belief that individuals will be too 'regimental'.
'In the same breath some then go on to explain that they have problems recruiting staff full stop as their skill set is simply not there or there is too much competition from similar companies in their local area.

Yes I made it ... although it was hard ...
Yes this year's Great North Run was hard mostly due to the heat, a point mentioned by the runners I spoke with at the end.
