Recent employment legislation ... will it impact on your business?
The right to shared parental leave is due to come into force on 01 December 2014 and will apply to the parents of babies due (or children placed for adoption) on or after the 05 April 2015.
It is therefore important for employers to be aware of this new right as an employee could potentially make a request for shared parental leave from 01 December 2014.
