Introduction:
Do you have a service or help desk background? Are you looking for a new-fast paced role? Our client’s recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator at their site in Sunbury on Thames.

SALARY £23,000 - £26,000 DOE, 25 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS 8 STATS, PENSION SCHEME, TRAINING PROVIDED

Service Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling engineers’ workload/diaries by allocating jobs, planned maintenance and breakdowns and re-arranging engineers/jobs at short notice.
- Liaison with customers via email and phone ensuring a high level of professionalism is consistently maintained.
- Distributing telephone calls to relevant staff.
- Office diary management.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving any issues
- Arranging emergency call outs
- Raising purchase orders and ordering goods.

Service Desk Coordinator Applicant Requirements:
- Previous working background in a similar helpdesk/service desk role.
- Well organised with strong prioritising and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptable with good interpersonal skills.
- IT Literate: MS Office.
- Experience in the engineering industry is preferable.

Service Desk Coordinator Benefits:
- £23,000 - £26,000 DOE.
- 25 day’s holiday plus 8 stats.
- Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm.
