Are you ex-military and looking for a company to value you and help develop your existing skills? Are you looking for a job with plenty of variation in your working day? Our client is currently recruiting for a Production Lead to join their existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day to day printing production process across the shop floor. At this point there will not be anyone to manage however they are looking for someone with the drive and determination who wants to develop into a Leader role.

UP TO £20,000 SALARY, MONDAY – FRIDAY 9AM – 5PM, EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTORY PENSION, 20 DAYS HOLIDAY + BANK HOLIDAYS, OTHER BENEFITS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT INTERVIEW WITH THE EMPLOYER

Production Lead Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the production environment to ensure that the process is running smoothly.
- Deal with any machine faults (computerized) and ensure minimum downtime.
- Work to customer deadlines ensuring that products are packed and dispatched on time.
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations laid out in company guidelines.

Production Lead Applicant Requirements: 
- The successful candidate must have leadership qualities, be self-driven and motivated.
- Full training will be provided on the printing process but you must have good IT skills.
- Strong technical understanding.
- The ideal candidate for this role will be ex-military and looking for a role which can develop into a long term career opportunity.
- You must be very pro-active and disciplined.
- Flexible with regards to working any extra hours needed.

Production Lead Benefits:
- Up to £20,000 annual salary.
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
- 20 days holiday plus 8 stats.
- Company pension scheme.
- Other benefits to be discussed by employer at interview stage.
