If you have multi-engine or single-engine flying experience coupled with some instructional experience and are keen to pass your knowledge to an enthusiastic and focused student audience this is the role for you. Suitable candidates are encouraged to make an immediate application.

Flight Instructor Responsibilities:
- Deliver flight training as directed by the Head of Training/Chief Flying Instructor.
- Ensure course standards, training requirements and objectives are taught properly and in a timely manner.
- Deliver high quality flight and simulator instruction to cadets in compliance with training and safety standards and applicable Aviation Authority regulations.
- Promote safe behaviour at all times both on the ground and in the air amongst cadets, peers and other staff.
- Ensure all cadets are taught and maintain the principles and practices of flight safety.
- Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System including filing of Air Safety Reports (ASRs), attend safety briefings and be vigilant for any perceived unsafe behaviour or actions.
- Adhere to safety standards that may be issued by any third parties at all times.
- Manage cadet progress appropriately and report any deficiencies to the relevant parties.
- Complete non-flying assignments including Duty Instructor and classroom briefings and manage cadets through the course informing the Head of Training/Chief Flight Instructor of any delays in training or unsatisfactory progress.
- Monitor technical and internal status and cleanliness of all aircraft/simulators used for training and report any discrepancies to those responsible verifying the aircraft/simulator is airworthy and/or suitable for training/operating.

Flight Instructor Applicant Requirements:
- Possession of APTL license and class one medical in line with applicable Aviation Authority regulations.
- Possession of Instructor ratings would be beneficial but not essential.
- A demonstrable aviation background gained within a commercial or military environment.
- Fixed wing, multi-engine or single engine flying knowledge is essential.
- Ideally possess instructional experience.
