Introduction:
Our client is a leading global company providing turnkey solutions to their prestigious client base worldwide. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Stockport as a part time, temporary role with potential to progress into full time/ permanent however this cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you’ll administer customer services quotations for a wide range of services.
- Generation of quotations for Client site service visits and the supporting engineering spares and equipment.
- Updating of commercial system database as tasks progress with cost and sales information.
- Assist with the control of through-life progress of service activity, in liaison with the Customer Services Manager and lead engineers.
- Assist with the monitoring of spare parts stock control and inventory holdings.
- Assist with the picking and packaging of items.
- Liaison with customers and service providers to alleviate issues.

Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
- Proven background within a similar role, ideally coming from an Engineering environment.
- Demonstrable experience of general office work.
- Experienced in data processing, typing and general administrative duties.
- IT Literate: MS Office.
