Stores Supervisor

Our client based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire has an immediate requirement for a Stores Supervisor to join their existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of around 30 stores / logistics staff across the business ensuring that the stores are well organised and that parts are picked and sent out on time to customers all over the UK.

Stores Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising across 4 different departments; Assembly, Stock Control, Dispatch and Operations.
  • Contribute to the receipt of ‘goods in’ within business operations.
  • Ensure that parts are inspected and stored correctly within the inventory.
  • Oversee the picking and collection of parts from the inventory ensuring that they match the sales orders.
  • Contribute to rectification of stock, so to ensure an accurate inventory.

Stores Supervisor Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must have some sort of warehouse / stores / logistics background.
  • Have supervisory experience within a busy stores environment.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Ideally you will have SAP experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Stores Supervisor Benefits:

  • £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
  • 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
