The BUPA 2010 Great North Run

Thank you for everyone who kindly supported us in raising money for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Accociation (SSAFA). I am happy to confirm both I and Dave completed the 2010 Great North Run and have the medals to prove it.

After counting all the pennies we expect to have raised close to our target of £1,500. To top a great day out of the office Dave received the fantastic news that he was the 48th fastest runner in South Tyneside completing the 13.1 miles in 1 hr 38 mins, well done Dave! As for me, well my time was 2 hrs and 24 mins.

Training begins in January for the 2011 run. Thank you again for all your support.
