Introduction:
Our prestigious client is a major provider of flying instruction to the British Armed Forces.  They currently have immediate opportunities for highly experienced Light Fixed Flying Instructors (Fls) within their Light Aircraft Flying Task2 (LAFT2) service stream.  These opportunities include the following:

- 2 Three-Quarter time Flying Instructor (military A2 equivalent category) posts based Yeovilton with an optional flexibility clause to support their Middle Wallop or Barkston Heath flying training operations during off-time, if required by our client.

- Royal Navy Flying Grading and a range of diverse training tasks including refreshers and recruiting courses from Yeovilton and detached within the UK up to 5 times per annum. 

Our client delivers the full spectrum of Grading and Training operations utilising Grob 115E aircraft.
These positions would ideally suit experienced flying instructors with an affinity for the military environment and enthusiasm to pass on their skills and experience to the next generation of Fleet Air Armpilots.
Our client will consider a current B1 Category QFI or experienced civilian equivalent for an A2 post but would require firm evidence of potential to achieve A2 Category within 12 months. Company training and assessment will be provided before presentation to Royal Air Force (RAF) CFS Exam Wing for confirmation and approval.  If called forward for interview, the candidate will be expected to fly with the CFI for initial assessment of capability as part of the selection process.
