aqua-lec is the latest franchise from the gas-elec group - the successful franchisor that in 1996 pioneered combined gas and electrical inspections in the home. Our major clients spent some £35 million a year on plumbing and heating problems and part of the marketing package that we can offer our aqua-lec franchisees are introductions to our client database.

Training and Support

The quality of the training is all-important

Franchisees train in our company-owned training facilities adjacent to our Head Office near Heathrow Airport. The group was born from a training background which means the training you'll receive in our training centre is superlative, and contains all the essential ingredients you need to build and maintain a successful business. Courses last up to 12 weeks depending on your experience.

Our training centre forms part of are award winning City and Guilds and CITB approved facilities, which will be expanding in Spring 2007, which will allow franchisees to greater develop their technical skills.

We want men and women with the right skills who are used to working in people's homes.

That means:

• Plumbers, qualified or semi-skilled.
• Tradespeople, skilled or semi-skilled
• Engineers e.g mechanical or central heating engineers
• Experienced DIY-ers (subject to a practical assessment in our training centre)

Territories/Locations

We operate nationwide, and ideally you'll be working in close proximity to your own area. This will allow you to build close relationships with local clients, and you will receive the support of a regional area office.
