4floorsanding is the franchise trading arm of Border Floor which was established by an ex soldier in 1994, sanding and sealing wooden floors for friends and family. It soon progressed to employing people and moved from just houses to a commercial side sanding schools, stately homes, castles, nightclubs, bars, gyms, village halls, council property, court rooms, museums and art galleries.
