INTRODUCTION
 
Our service delivers highly trained and experienced ex-Forces personnel NATIONWIDE, all selected for their specific experience and skills to meet your requirements.
 
We only raise an invoice when we have been successful i.e. you employ a candidate who we have introduced.

OUR PROCESS
 
Although we remain flexible towards individual client requirements our normal process to find you the right candidate is as follows:
  1. Agree terms and obtain detailed job description/person specification.
    If you do not have a job description/person specification we can work with you to produce a comprehensive document. This initial step is essential so we will apologise now as our initial conversation may be longer than your experience with other agencies.
  2. Pro-actively search and select candidates.
    This process involves using all our resources, both internal and external, with all costs being met by Demob Job.
  3. Interview potential candidates.
    We complete a comprehensive interview with all our candidates, how else could we be confident that the person we are introducing meets all your requirements.
  4. Introduce candidate(s) to client.
    Candidate CVs are emailed to the client accompanied by a Demob Job summary. Only candidates matching our client’s specific requirements are introduced, this is reflected in our high interview to placement ratios.
  5. Arrange interviews on client request.
    On your instructions we arrange interviews ensuring all candidates are correctly briefed.
  6. Raise invoice on successful candidate’s first day of employment.
    We contact you on the first day of our candidate’s employment to ensure there have been no problems. An invoice is raised and posted.
  7. Follow up contact.
    We Ensure client is happy with new employee.
