Dave joined Demob Job in April 2007 and has progressed to be the Office Manager.

Dave has previously served in the Royal Navy before embarking on a successful recruitment career in the commercial sector. Prior to joining Demob Job he was a Branch Manager with a leading high street recruitment agency. With over ten years of recruitment experience, coupled with his military career, Dave has personally placed many ex military candidates into civilian employment.
