Adrian has previously completed 24 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, leaving the Army in 2005. Adrian established Demob Job identifying a need for a commercial 'pro-active' recruitment agency who could specialise in placing candidates that had previously served in the Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and Army.

Although originally from Ipswich, Adrian has settled in South Shields. Adrian is pictured at the Arbeia Roman Fort in South Shields, which used to house a garrison guarding the entrance of the Tyne.
